2023 Music Scholarships
Wolf-Tones Annual Scholarship - Kylie Tang
Established in 1999 by the Wolf-Tones Board of Directors, this one-time annual scholarship is awarded to a 12th grade student who best demonstrates excellence in academics and musicianship within the instrumental music program.
Excellence in Jazz Music Scholarship - Davis Andragna
A one-time annual scholarship is awarded to one 12th grade student who best demonstrates excellence in academics, musicianship, and music theory.
The McElroy Orchestral Scholarship - Hannah Lam
A one-time annual scholarship is awarded to one 12th grade student who participated in the SRVHS orchestra for 4 years.
Ernest R. Yee Memorial Scholarship - Sage Ikeda
Established in 1984 by the SRVHS Music Director and office staff of the State Attorney General’s Office, San Francisco (where her father had worked), this scholarship recognizes a 12th grade student who has participated fully in instrumental music during their high school career. A one-time annual scholarship is awarded to one student who best demonstrates excellence in academics, musicianship, and leadership within the instrumental music program. This scholarship will be presented until the retirement of the Music Director.
The Leung Family Scholarship - Allison Johnson
Established in 2020 by the Leung Family in memory of their son, Keith Leung, a former SRVHS Wolf and very talented musician. Keith’s love of music was tremendous, and the family wants that spirit to continue at SRVHS by encouraging talented musicians who exemplify Keith’s musical passion.
