5/1/19- All Senior Scholarship Applications due to Mrs. Glass no later than the lunch period! Best of luck to all of our seniors. Winners will be announced at the Awards Banquet on May 21st.
5/7/19- Wolf-Tones Board Meeting at 7pm in the Instrumental Music Room- Join us for program business, including 2019-20 Board Elections. Please note the new location and date change to TUESDAY this month.
5/8/19-District String Festival at 7pm in the large gym– The orchestra will perform along with all of the elementary and middle schools that feed into SRVHS and MVHS at this annual inspirational event.
5/14/19-Spring Jazz Concert at 7pm in the PAC– The last jazz concert of the year! CWMS will perform shortly before the Jazz Ensemble, and we will recognize all seniors.
5/15/19-Spring Concert Band/Orchestra/Symphonic Band Concert at 7pm in the PAC– Please join us for the last performance of the year and senior night recognitions. This is always an evening filled with energy and beautiful music!
5/21/19- Annual Awards Banquet- San Ramon Golf Club- Come celebrate our students and dine with friends. Dinner table seating starts at 6, buffet dinner for those who reserve begins at 6:30, and the awards portion of the evening will begin at 7:15. There will be seats available at 7pm for those who do not purchase dinner, and plan to attend the awards program only. All tickets will be sold online until May 8th here: Awards Banquet Signup Genius
5/28/19- Last Wolf-Tones Board meeting for 2018-19, Old Staff Lounge, 7pm-final working meeting of the school year as we wrap up and plan calendar of events, 2019-20 working Budget, and votes on any outstanding items.

Concert Attire for students is as follows:
- Black pants/Long Skirts/Jazz, Orchestra, Symphonic – Black Dresses
- Tuxedo shirts and bow ties
- Black socks and shoes
- Orchestra, Symphonic and and Jazz Ensemble – black jackets
- “Call-Time” at least 30 minutes before a concert and students need to be in full concert attire for full credit.
- Students are expected to remain for the entire concert.
