New Student Info Welcome Future San Ramon Valley High School Wolves! We have several wonderful instrumental music programs and we’d love for you to join us! CONCERT BAND – Open to all students with previous experience with a woodwind, brass, or percussion instrument JAZZ ENSEMBLE – Audition only; please reach out to our Music Director, Mr. Nishida (bnishida@srvusd.net) for more details ORCHESTRA – Open to all string players. Wind, piano, and percussion players by audition only with Mr. Nishida But wait… there’s more!! Our Award-Winning MARCHING ENSEMBLE – This class counts for 5 units of PE credit (Sophomores-Seniors) and takes place after school on Mondays, Wednesdays, and some Fridays for home football games, as well as 2 Saturdays for competitions during the fall semester. It is open to all students that currently play an instrument. Are you an orchestra musician? You can join too! We have an Award-Winning COLOR GUARD team that performs with the Marching Ensemble that you are welcome to join. Normally the Marching Ensemble participates in the Danville July 4th Parade, but due to COVID-19 the parade will be held on Labor Day this year. More information to follow!
